Policies

As you plan for your stay at Northwoods Reel’em In Resort, the details make all the difference. Consult the information below for our standard lodging policies and if you have additional questions, feel free to call us at 715-574-0443. Please read policy/agreement page and check the box if agreed

Payment includes a 50% deposit of your entire stay is required to secure your cabin and balance is due upon arrival to resort. Cabin rentals must also be secured with a credit card on file to cover any damage mishaps.

Cabin Check In/Out

Check In… 2:00pm and Check Out… 10:00am. All cabins must be cleaned before checkout or a $35 cleaning fee will be added to credit card. NO SMOKING IN CABINS!!

Motorized Watercraft Rental (Signed waiver form required)

All rentals must stay on Pine Lake and operator must be 18 years of age. Full rental payment is due on arrival to resort. Onboard life vests required and watercraft rental hours are from sunrise to sunset.

Pets

We will allow pets at our discretion. A credit card must be on file for renters with pets. All pets must be kenneled when you are not present in cottage. All pets must be cleaned up after on the grounds. If not there will be a clean-up charge assessed to your credit/debit. All pets must be leashed while on the grounds. Any damage by said pet will be the responsibility of the owner.

Fire Pit/Grills

Keep all grills clean after use. We will supply grill cleaner and utensils.

Beach

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No Glass

Cancellations

A deposit is equal to half of the price of your stay. Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount. Cancellations received (30) or more days prior to your arrival date will allow a refund of your deposit.
